第一百零六条 有下列情形之一的，非法人组织解散：
Article 106
An unincorporated organization shall be dissolved under any of the following
circumstances:
（一）章程规定的存续期间届满或者章程规定的其他解散事由出现；
(1) the term stipulated in its articles of association expires or any other
cause for dissolution as is stipulated in the articles of association occurs;
（二）出资人或者设立人决定解散；
(2) its capital contributors or founders decide to dissolve it; or
（三）法律规定的其他情形。
(3) dissolution is required under any other circumstance as provided by law.
第一百零七条 非法人组织解散的，应当依法进行清算。
Article 107
Upon dissolution, an unincorporated organization shall be liquidated in
accordance with law.
第一百零八条 非法人组织除适用本章规定外，参照适用本编第三章第一节的有关规定。
Article 108
In addition to the provisions in this Chapter, the provisions in Section 1 of
Chapter III of this Book shall be applied to unincorporated organizations
mutatis mutandis.
