[省邮政管理局]《快递服务》出台 加强培训力度
河北省邮政管理局举办《快递服务》标准培训班
[长城在线 11月9日消息]（通讯员罗益琼 裴建军） 为进一步提高河北快递行业的服务水平，更好地贯彻执行《快递服务》标准，近日，省邮政管理局举办了《快递服务》标准培训班，省内规模较大的38家快递公司业务主管50余人参加了学习。
《快递服务》标准是由国家邮政局发布，将于2008年1月1日起施行，内容主要包括服务组织的人员、服务时限、单件重量、查询期限和赔偿标准等，其发布与实施填补了我国快递服务行业标准的空白。针对快递服务市场中有可能损害消费者权益的热点和难点问题，它提出了相应的服务规范，对于提高快递服务质量和服务水平，促进快递服务健康有序发展，保障消费者的合法权益具有重要的推动作用。
为使培训班举办的具有权威性和鲜活性，本次培训邀请了省、市消协就当前全省快递行业发展情况、群众需求和社会热点等问题进行了分析并提出了要求。这次培训班的举办得到了快递企业的积极响应，各公司在选派业务主管参加的同时，宅急送、申通、联邦快递、敦豪等企业负责人也参加了培训。
经过培训和现场答题测试，对参培人员颁发了快递服务标准培训证书。
