论语卫灵公篇第十五章31 |
子曰：“吾尝终日不食，终夜不寝，以思，无益，不如学也。”
The Master said, 'I once spent all day thinking without taking
food and all night thinking without going to bed, but I found that I gained
nothing therefrom. It would have been better for me to have spent the time in
learning.'

Le Maître dit : « Autrefois je passais des jours entiers sans manger et des
nuits entières sans dormir, afin de me livrer à la méditation. J'en ai retiré
peu de fruit. Il vaut mieux étudier. »
