第六百七十二条 贷款人按照约定可以检查、监督借款的使用情况。借款人应当按照约定向贷款人定期提供有关财务会计报表或者其他资料。
Article 672
A lender may inspect and supervise the use of the loan in accordance with the
agreement. A borrower shall regularly provide the relevant financial and
accounting statements or other materials to the lender in accordance with the
agreement.
第六百七十三条 借款人未按照约定的借款用途使用借款的，贷款人可以停止发放借款、提前收回借款或者解除合同。
Article 673
Where a borrower fails to use the loan for a purpose in accordance with the
contract, the lender may stop providing the loan, recall the loan prior to its
due date, or rescind the contract.
第六百七十四条 借款人应当按照约定的期限支付利息。对支付利息的期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定，借款期间不满一年的，应当在返还借款时一并支付；借款期间一年以上的，应当在每届满一年时支付，剩余期间不满一年的，应当在返还借款时一并支付。
Article 674
A borrower shall pay the interest within the agreed time limit. Where there is
no agreement between the parties on the time limit for payment of interest or
the relevant agreement is unclear, if it cannot be determined according to the
provisions of Article 510 of this Code, the interest shall be paid at the time
the principal is repaid if the term of the loan is less than one year; the
interest shall be paid at the end of each full year if the term of the loan is
more than one year, and the interest shall be paid when the principal is repaid
if the remaining term is less than one year.
第六百七十五条 借款人应当按照约定的期限返还借款。对借款期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，借款人可以随时返还；贷款人可以催告借款人在合理期限内返还。
Article 675
A borrower shall repay the loan within the agreed time limit. Where there is no
agreement between the parties on the time limit of repayment of the loan, or the
relevant agreement is unclear, if it cannot be determined according to the
provisions of Article 510 of this Code, the borrower may repay the loan at any
time, and the lender may demand the borrower to repay the loan within a
reasonable period of time.
