侨务知识课首进温州永嘉党校 统战委员接受培训
中国侨网消息：为期三天的温州永嘉县统战委员培训班10月29日在永嘉县委党校开课。此次培训班由永嘉县委统战部和县委党校联合主办，课程包括侨务工作方针政策、侨务理论知识、统战理论和业务知识等方面内容。
10月31日，温州市侨办副主任周三荣应邀为培训班授课。他从十六大以来侨务工作新理论，正确把握新侨情，采取新举措、实现新突破等三个方面，并结合本人丰富的工作经历所掌握的详尽第一手资料，深入浅出讲解了侨务工作的指导思想、基本方针、基本原则，新时期侨务工作的变化和特点，以及温州侨情基本情况、工作重点、“侨务资源可持续发展”和构建“和谐侨社”精神实质等内容和知识。
据永嘉县委统战部副部长、侨办主任郑顺益介绍，把侨务知识课程列入培训内容，目的是使全县统战干部对新时期做好侨务工作的重要性有进一步的认识，使他们全面掌握侨务工作方针、政策、法规和特点，为推动永嘉侨务工作发展奠定基础。
