甘肃省委常委、省委组织部部长侯长安11月8日下午在兰州会见了瑞士西北应用科技大学商学院院长鲁迪·纽因茨及其夫人一行，并为鲁迪颁发了“敦煌奖”。
多年来，瑞士西北应用科技大学商学院对我省高层次人才国际化培训给予了大力支持，鲁迪·纽因茨本人也在双方干部培训合作中做出了突出贡献。
侯长安说，“敦煌奖”是省政府颁发给对我省经济发展、科教事业及人才培训工作中表现出奉献精神和做出突出贡献的外国专家颁发的最高奖项，代表了省政府和全省人民真诚感谢。希望鲁迪·纽因茨教授今后能够为我省经济社会发展多提意见和建议，进一步促进瑞士和我省的合作与交流。
鲁迪·纽因茨教授对能够获得“敦煌奖”表示感谢。他说，今后将继续加强瑞士西北应用科技大学与我省在干部教育培训、智力支持以及其他领域的合作。
