全市中小学班主任培训计划启动
近日，市教育局决定从今年开始对全市中小学班主任进行轮训，首批80名初中骨干班主任已在赣南教育学院接受30学时的专题培训。
中小学班主任是中小学教师队伍的重要组成部分，是班级工作的组织者、班集体建设的指导者、中小学生健康成长的引领者，是沟通家长和社区的桥梁、实施素质教育的重要力量。
据悉，全市现有中小学班主任29067人，其中小学20301人、初中6236人、高中2530人。通过省、市、县三级培训，市教育局计划在2010年前对全市中小学所有从事班主任工作的教师进行轮训。2006年12月后担任中小学班主任的教师，在上岗前或上岗后半年必须接受专题培训；2006年12月底之前已担任班主任工作，但未参加过班主任专题培训的教师，须在2010年前采取多种方式进行补修。
