石家庄：医保协管员即将上岗
9日，石家庄副市长张发旺来到市区城镇居民基本医疗保险协管员培训班，对学员进行指导动员并讲话。
近日，我市出台了《石家庄市城镇居民基本医疗保险实施方案》及其实施细则。根据有关安排，我市将在全市范围内建立城镇居民基本医疗保险制度。本市行政区域内，具有非农户口，不属于职工医保制度覆盖范围的非从业人员均可自愿参加居民医疗保险。为了保证城镇居民基本医疗保险工作的顺利实施，11月8日至11日，我市对全市公开招聘的500多名城镇居民基本医疗保险协管员进行培训。培训结束后，他们将走上工作岗位，担负起“居民医保”的登记、咨询、政策宣传等任务。
张发旺在讲话中说，全体医疗保险协管员应充分认识自身工作的重要性，提高自己的责任感和使命感。同时，要努力掌握更多真本领，注重对政策和工作技能的学习。协管员们要带着感情做工作，将党和政府的温暖与关怀通过自己的工作传达给社会弱势群体。
